As the name implies, this lovely detached cottage has been created from an old byre set on what was a small working farm. The original open trusses have been retained and it has been equipped and furnished to a very high standard. There is a small enclosed patio area with furniture.

The comfortable accommodation is all on the ground and comprises: Entrance hall, open plan sitting/dining room with living flame gas fire and well equipped kitchen area. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and shower room with basin and w.c.

This lovely detached cottage has also been created from what was an old byre. It has open trusses and beams to the ceiling and is equipped and furnished to a high standard. It's position is very peaceful with the cottage facing open fields.

The comfortable accommodation is all at ground floor and comprises: Entrance hall, open plan sitting/dining room with living flame gas fire and well equipped kitchen area. There is one large bedroom with twin beds which can be zipped together to form a super-king sized bed. There is an en-suite shower room with a larger than average shower cubicle with handrail. In addition there is a washbasin and w.c. with handrail by the side. 1 well behaved pet welcome.

Facilities (both cottages)

Gas central heating, gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, colour TV and DVD player, radio, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen and towels are provided and gas and electricity are included in the price. There is a small launderette on site. Ample parking in front of each cottage.
